Gluten Free Homemade Bread mix ingredients

For those of you who have tried making gluten free bread at home, you’ve probably had the same experience as me, that is struggling to get the consistency right. It’s really hard to get bread that doesn’t seem too dense or super wet after cooking. In the past we’ve had to toast most of our Gluten Free loaves because they come out too dense or wet.

The other day, I saw this premix package of Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Hearty Whole Grain Bread at a health food store and decide to give it a try.

I have to say it turned out much better than my first few attempts at home made Gluten Free Bread!

It’s also, the best loaf of bread I’ve made so far in the Bread Machine.

  • Add Water
    Adding water to Zojirushi Bread Machine
  • Add Oil

  • Add Eggs

  • Add Apple Cider Vinegar
    Adding vinegar to Zojirushi Bread Machine

Add Dry Ingredients

  • Remove Yeast Package from Dry mix
    Yeast Packet
  • Evenly cover wet ingredients with the dry mix

  • Add Yeast into small trough on top of the dry mix

Start Bread Machine on Quick Wheat Cycle

  • Press SELECT COURSE button 4 times to select Quick Wheat
    Select Course button on Zojirushi Bread Machine
  • Press the START/RESET Button
